These terms apply when you use Embercode. They are a contract between you and Chiranjeet Mishra, trading as Embercode. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

The service and plans

Embercode is an online course for learning to build software with AI tools. The Starter plan is free. Paid plans give you more of the course and its features for a fixed time. A paid plan ends when its time runs out. It does not renew by itself. To keep the paid features, you pay again.

Your account

Give us a true email address and name. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Payments and refunds

Payments are in Indian rupees and are taken by Razorpay. We issue an invoice for each paid order. For your first paid plan, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of paying, with no questions asked. AI packs are not refundable. A refund goes back to your original payment method in 5 to 7 working days, and your plan ends when the refund is made. Full details are on the refunds page.

Fair use

• Do not share your account or let others use it.
• Do not attack the site, try to break its security or overload it.
• Do not scrape the site or copy its content with bots.
• Do not cheat on exams or certificates, and do not get someone else to do your work for one.

AI features

AI answers and review feedback can be wrong. They are learning aids, not expert advice. Check anything important yourself.

Certificates

A certificate shows what you completed on Embercode. It is not an accredited credential.

Jobs and pay

We do not promise you a job, an interview or a salary.

Our content and your work

The course content, text, code and design belong to Embercode. You may use them for your own learning. Do not resell or republish them.

Your submissions, such as solutions, resume text and project text, stay yours. You let us store and process them to provide the features you use, including sending AI text to our AI provider as the privacy policy describes.

Changes to the service

We may change or stop features. For paid plans, we will give notice before we change or stop a feature you paid for.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in India have jurisdiction.
