Refunds and cancellation

This page explains how refunds work on Embercode. It is run by Chiranjeet Mishra.

Refunds for your first paid plan

You can get a full refund within 7 days of paying for your first paid plan. You do not need to give a reason. This applies to your first paid plan only. A plan you buy after that is not refundable.

How to ask

Open Profile, then Settings, then Payments, and press Refund next to the payment. You can also write to hello@embercode.me.

When the money comes back

The refund goes back to the payment method you paid with. It takes 5 to 7 working days.

When your plan ends

The plan ends the moment the refund is made. You go back to the Starter plan and keep your progress.

AI packs

AI packs are not refundable.

Cancelling

Plans do not renew by themselves, so there is nothing to cancel. When your plan period ends, you simply do not pay again. To keep learning, pay again to extend.

Your account

A refund does not delete your account. Your login and your progress stay as they are.
